Neil’s been on the journey of storytelling since 2009 when he completed his degree in filmmaking at AFDA. Neil helps his clients effectively market their businesses by creating compelling online content that tells their story in a captivating and impactful way. Neil’s journey in the film, TV, and media industries has been defined by innovation, perseverance, and a passion for storytelling. From co-founding DWM Communications and being accepted into the Richard Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship, to rebranding and launching Redgreenblue in 2017 with a focus on producing world-class video content, Neil has consistently pushed the boundaries of creativity. After navigating the challenges of the 2020 pandemic, he entered the Desert Startup Boot Camp to reignite his focus and drive, ultimately overcoming obstacles to continue his business success.

In 2023, Neil took another step forward by joining Master Dealer, solidifying his expertise in film, TV, and broadcasting gear. He’s created over 350+ videos for a number of different clients, which includes: music videos, corporate videos, digital adverts and campaigns, adventure and travel content, tourism and hospitality content, animations, 3D and motion design videos, social media content and short films.

One of the things he values is the fact that he’s learnt and been involved in all the various phases of production. Experience is the best teacher. He has a wide range of skills when it comes to entrepreneurship and building businesses and brands.
